PTOLEMAIC KINGS OF EGYPT. Ptolemy VI Philometor, second reign, 163-145 BC. Didrachm (Silver, 22 mm, 7.00 g, 1 h), uncertain mint on Cyprus (Arsinoe?), year 109 of an uncertain era = 154/3. Diademed head of Ptolemy I to right, wearing aegis around neck. Rev. ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΠΤΟΛΕΜΑΙΟΥ Eagle with closed wings standing left on thunderbolt inscribed with E; across field, P-Θ (date). C. Minor deposits and the obverse struck slightly off center and with small die breaks, otherwise, good very fine.
